A middle aged man who:
1. Ran a stop sign
2. Nearly ran a pedestrian in the middle of a crosswalk (me) over before coming to a stop and looking around myopically with a retarded smile plastered on his face
3. Did it all in this:
His window was open so I called him a fking idiot and continued across the street.
