How he falls to the ground doesn't look real at all. He'd likely be incapacitated/killed instantly, and would just collapse instead of falling backwards slowly.

Snopes thinks it might be a Russian advertisement for the drink put on his head.

Plus someone on youtube pointed out between :53-:54 a paper instantly appears in front of one of the judges.
