started up again.
Two new housing developments are being worked on again near my house, that's a good sign, right?

ALOT of construction starting here in Las Vegas again as well. Have some friends in the industry and they are really breathing a sigh of relief. Some have jobs lined up till the end of the year and beyond.

could be...AR&RA crews could be going back to what they were doing before wasting money.
builders here are hurting bad with the horrible housing market and vacant developments.
some of them are lucky and are now going back to the developments just to modify and fix vacant properties.

These ones were unveiling new signs for the housing developments and starting to build houses. I can only assume that they've pre-sold enough lots at the lower rates now that they're able to move forward.

I guess that depends on how you look at it.
There is a town not far from where I live. It has about 6,000 people living in it.
Currently, 48% of the houses in this town are for sale, and 23% are rentals.
A good number of those for sale belong to a development that was built on the south side of town 5 years ago and are still standing empty.
Now there are two brand-new developments currently under construction on the north side of town.
Make any sense to any of you? It sure as profanity doesn't make any to me.

I just picked up three orders for all the electrical materials. It will equal what I did in the 4th quarter of 2011. There is more to come at least for me, I receive bids daily. South Louisiana looks good from what I see.

Our company is getting slamed with so much work, we are hiring more techs! Know any GOOD structured cablers in the Arkansas/Oklahoma area? Dunno why, but they want a tech there ASAP.
