Gained 10 pounds since Jan 2...and last week changed diet, 1200 more calories a day in 2 extra servings in the form of mass gainer (carbs, egg whites, vitamin mix, tons of stuff) on top of 3 Oprah-in-her-prime sized meals, and about 100+ grams of protein a day...working out 6-10 times a week. Stronger and faster than I've ever been, but recovery time isn't as good as it was ~2 years ago, am guessing because I've been lifting more in place of resistance workouts.
My metabolism is crazy fast, still not an ounce of fat on me..if anyone has tips let me know, eating this much is a chore, and expensive as hell
