NAPLES, Fla., Feb. 3 (UPI) -- Authorities in Florida said they arrested a 60-year-old man who had four potted marijuana plants next to his outdoor pool.
"The Collier County Sheriff's office said deputies responded to a report of a possible growing operation at David Scott Krause's Naples home Wednesday and they arrived to discover the four plants, worth an estimated $12,000, soaking in sunshine next to the homeowner's outdoor pool, the South Florida Sun Sentinel reported Friday.
Krause was arrested and charged with felony counts of manufacturing marijuana and possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana. He was also charged with a misdemeanor count of possession of narcotic paraphernalia."
