While a bit harsh on those teachers swept up in the disruption. I can understand why the school district is doing this. 1 teacher is an individual problem. 2+ raises questions about what exactly was going on in the school and who knew what, etc?

Shocking, really, coming from people that enforce "zero tolerance" policies that equally punish the victim of an attack. Public (school) policies are just ridiculous these days.

Totally justified imo. They are saving money in the long term, because if they only let those 2 teachers go, and then it turns out another teacher had done something along those lines the lawsuits would bankrupt them.
