You need to look no further than an African American church to see that this isn't enforced worth a darn. I cannot tell you how many times I've heard that a politician gets invited to speak at one of those churches during a campaign.

Non profit orgs I may disagree with but I do not have a problem with their free speech. But for profit orgs it is another matter, that is where I have a problem. Corps, professional lobbyists, unions, et al.

Well known fact that black churches are known as christian conservatives, or the moral majority. They frequently drop tens of millions of dollars in PACs from other states and regions to influence elections, and state propositions. They also launch nation wide boycotts of businesses and industries due to any hiring of gays and/or lesbians.
