The actual court part is raised off the floor. Th benches are on opposite ends behind the basketball goals. Just really odd to see

it is weird. Calipari (err, I mean the devil) was jokingly saying he was going to appeal to the refs to see if they could move the chairs to the sides because it makes calling plays a lot harder...they have to look way down the court or turn completely around when on the other end, so someone without the ball has to be watching the coaches.
I call him the devil because I went to U of Memphis, so he'll always be the devil to us.

except he put memphis even on the map in Bball you should be praising him as the next tebow for what he did for your program in Bball. just because he took a dream job at UK doesnt mean what he did for memphis isnt still praise worthy. memphis was garbage for decades before calipari turned them around.
fans always disgust me, its the world we live in though, if you got offered a huge promotion that was in another company would you not take it on account of what? loyalty? lol this is the real world loyalty only goes as far as people can pay for it. thank the man for putting your team back on the map in the 2000s, acknowledge that its just the smart thing to go from memphis to UK as far as career and money goes and let it be at that. people that hold grudges cause coaches or players left to pursue a better career really are probably a bunch of hypocrites because im sure if right now on the spot someone offered them millions to quit their current job and move to do something similar but for way more money and prestige everyone would take it and think nothing of it, but when a coach or player on a sports team does the same its a big no no for the fans. sports is a business get that part in your head first, its a sport only second to it making profit and players/coaches making the big bucks.
