Study: 'Conservative' Movies Make More Money Than 'Liberal' Movies

Movieguide argues that King's Speech was a conservative movie because it had a pro-capitalist lean and taught traditional Christian values, which is odd because I thought the movie was about a man struggling with his speech impediment. Conversely, Movieguide argues that Avatar: Last Airbender was liberal because it was a pro-communist movie that promoted atheism.

Here's what I think about their Christian values, and Conservative beliefs.
F*** them, f*** their beliefs, they should learn to keep their f***ing religions to themselves, and not try to connect everything to religion and beliefs.
Then, when they're done - they can f***ing die.

I'm also curious how they'd rate works like "The Stand," with strong christian themes but the good guys established a highly socialist society while the bad guys established a highly capitalist society. But then, that was a mini-series and not a movie...

It's interesting that a lot of the religious overtones were non existent in the book.

Well, every political thread that draws you in like a moth, you get all snippy with everyone you deem to be an evil conservative. Seriously, find some balance. You are probably a decent guy, but these political threads seem to get the best of you.
