That's the thing, you get complaisant and think it's easy peasy, then out of nowhere you get an urge that is almost uncontrollable. It could be seeing someone else smoking, smelling fresh smoke drifting around, or someone asking if they can bum a smoke from you. If quitting smoking was truly easy, everyone would have done it by now.

Grats Lokkie, and Jezza is right. I'm at 44 days right now. I cruised right along until my 1 month anniversary. I thought It had been so easy, then on that 31st day I got cravings that didn't really stop for about a week. I was ready to pull my hair out for a few of those days. I somehow made it through and out the other side. You can too. Stick with it! Proud of ya!
