I have a GTX-460, had it for awhile now. Now that I am using dual monitors, my 24" is my main screen and it's connected via HDMI, and my 2nd screen is connected via DVI. When I boot my system, it uses the DVI screen as primary (bootup crap is on this screen) and even the start of windows (LOL WINDOWS) bootup is on it. Then it switches. What I would love to happen is, everything showing up on the HDMI screen.

Before I added the 2nd screen, everything showed up on the HDMI one.

Go into display options.

You'll need to set the HDMI monitor as main monitor

Why is it a bios thing?

I have dual monitors here too and all I have to do is just to go into Display Options within Windows and set one of the monitors as my Primary monitor...

well, it cant be an OS thing.... it boots up on the DVI long before the OS starts to load... you know, showing the POST, HDD Detect, ect.

Basic Input Output System
it only checks if you have a video card not if you have anything connected to it

setting it up in the NVIDIA control panel should fix your problem

I am assuming you are using Windows 7.

Right click on the desktop, and click "Screen Resolution"

It is self-explanatory.

I must not have explained myself.... I want everything that is displayed on my monitor PRIOR to windows loading, to be displayed on my HDMI monitor.
