I'm sure that it would be another Libya if China and Russia did not veto the UN security council resolution.

Sounds like they already have the plans down and are not going to tolerate anymore military action against civilians.

Funny how Iraq switched from an anti-terrorism mission to a humanity one, isn't it? While places like Darfur and subsaharan Africa are WAY worse but go completely unnoticed.
