Forgot to put the roasted garlic in it. 
But it has bacon so it's going to taste good.

The bechamel sauce is infused with bay leaf, garlic, peppercorns, and a shallot. Finished with grated pecorino Romano, nutmeg, and salt/pepper. The whites have grated goats milk Gruyere and bacon.
So it has garlic in it.

I used a nonstick bundt pan that I smeared butter in and lined with bread crumbs before I put the souffle mixture in. It made a nice crunchy crust.
It's very good.
