It's been there for over a month, I pick it up and say, "Hmm, what am I going to make with this?" and put it back in the freezer.

Last night, I took it out and put it in the fridge, it's thawed and ready to go.

Still can't think of something to cook with it.

Fry it up, get the oil out of it on a plate with a paper towel...

Scramble up some eggs...then at the end of cooking the eggs, toss in the chirizo, then make a kick ass breakfast.

Add CHEESE!

That's a good idea.

How about something with ground turkey? Turkey is very bland and chorizo would liven it up.
