I also like my cookies warm out of the oven as opposed to letting them cool to room temperature.

Actually there are a lot of cookies that taste really good ONLY when warm.

Our 'Mexican Chocolate' cookie is made with Dark Chocolate and Cayenne. It has always been fun to watch people sample it at tastings. They will say it has a nice flavor and then after a few seconds(after swallowing)...they say...'Ohhh there's the heat.'We will probably start making that cookie again in the springtime
