Mexiasian burritos:
soy sauce
sesame seed oil
sugar
~1/2-1 lb of ground beef
can of sweet peas
large roughly chopped onion
eggs
spicy seasoning of your choice(I use red pepper flakes and a Louisiana style hotsauce)
steamed rice
In a large pan heat the soy sauce, sesame seed oil, sugar, and onions until the onions are tender then add the hamburger meat and brown it. Add the spicy seasoning and the can of sweet peas. In a different pan scramble an egg(1 egg per taco) that has salt, pepper, and a dash of the Louisiana hot sauce in it.Once the eggs are done bring the filling back up to a medium low heat and add the steamed rice and stir until the rice is mostly covered in the soy/sesame seed oil sauce.
Lastly assemble your burritos with the egg on bottom and a couple heaping spoons of the filling. Top with shredded cheddar cheese or sour creme. It might sound like alot of work but its really not.
Between prep and cook time you can be eating within 15-30 minutes or so if you have the steamed rice already cooked.(we always have steamed rice already cooked since my bf is Korean and we eat rice with almost everything lol)
