So how does a bill asking to include a new country in the E3 visa program indicate we have a white immigrant policy? Any senator can introduce a bill. Ask yours to introduce one if you think it should be expanded to include Patent Violating Communist China!

well how about that... exactly what this bill was added to.
the intended reform is to make it so more highly qualified people can come to the US to work.
of course we got a lot of AMERICANS hoping to get jobs already and wouldnt it be nice to employ them first but hey... give the people what they want

According to my friends that immigrated from Canada, the company they work for had to show that the US lacks qualified candidates before they would allow them to seek employees from outside the country.
