That wouldn't really help. My back won't allow me to sleep in a bed all night. After 3 or 4 hours I sleep in the recliner also in the same bedroom.

I way overslept -- yes I went to bed a little late last night but that doesnt give me justification to wake up at 1:00. It is very odd also because my body almost NEVER naturally wakes up after 11am and rarely after 10:20am regardless of how late I stay up. 3->1 is a 10 hour sleep time which is ... too much...
