we still get mail from people that lived here before. I write a note on it, say return to sender, they don't live here.. next day the redeliver it.

Shot in the dark: You live in a neighborhood that has one of those centrally located collection boxes and rather than inserting your outgoing mail into the slot marked "Outgoing Mail," you keep leaving it in your own incoming mail box.

That's when you complain to the postmaster at the post office that the mail carrier didn't pick up any outgoing mail. Then the postmaster will scold the mail carrier.

Easy solution... Report the mischievous activity to the postmaster. The Mail Carrier == FIRED, since it's a felony to screw with someone's mail. So I don't know if the mail carrier wants to risk their job.

No outgoing collection box. I thought there was one too when I first moved here. WEIRD RITE?
