Sooz got me wondering about the inverse, nobody gives the fat any love here on ACF So I will. When you pack on the weight, when do you go out and buy new pants? I found a pair of pants from like 15 years ago, a 29 waist LOL so I can't even button them without a crowbar. I don't know what this thread is really about. Just free form it I guess, answer any question or just write something random, doesn't really matter I'm high on Chik Fil A lemonade.

i don't know how this is related to this thread but i've wanted to tell
vn about it all day. i was working in the clinic today when a chick came
in with bacterial vaginosis. it's nasty, don't let it happen to you
(gives your vag a petri dish like appearance and creates a smell so
horrible that you think you're on a fishing wharf on the atlantic
ocean). anyways, i was trying to figure out how she came down with it.
there has to be a change in the natural flora of the vag for this to
happen so i asked the woman if she douched lately. she told me she
douched with Mr. Clean, ROFL. i had to excuse myself for a minute to
leave the room to laugh. what kind of idiot shoves mr clean up her vag
and pulls the sprayer? anyways, the moral of the story is mehy don't
douche with mr clean because you will come down with some nasty
infections that'll make your life miserable. i know it might be tempting
but seriously, don't.

I stop wearing the ones that are too tight . I had to do that yesterday with one pair of khakis that I like to wear as well as some new A&F button ups I got that I've never even really worn yet. Just means it is back to working out again
