apparently there are chips of other pills in the bottles, my ex said that the pharmacist said the chips were of oxycodone.

except they've been recalled.
but if you find any, the exp date you want is dec 20th 2014 or earlier.

I live in Podunk, Tennessee. They aren't into all that safety and recall crap round here. Not even sure they look at the exp date on food more than once a year or so. I've found stuff 3 months out of date at local stores. Hell, they have a store in this small town that sells nothing BUT expired products. It's always busy too.

I have two bottles. Neither one of them have chips.
I'm allergic to opium (hives, rash, vomiting), and I haven't had any problems taking the excedrin migraine that I have. I haven't bothered to take them back to Kroger. *shrug*

I'm not all familiar with the actual chemical makeup of drugs. All I know is that the morphine pump that I had for less than an hour after my first c-section was one of the worst drug experiences that I've had. A year or so afterward I had a prescription for hydrocodone after having some dental work done. Thirty minutes after the first pill I started puking and my skin started hiving up. Took a good long while to keep some benedryl down. Doctor's advice? Stay away from opioids.
