It's about this muppet bear...swimming around in the open ocean, eating hapless sailors, and boaters at will.
There's some strange theme music - whenever you start to see the bear on screen, you hear - "Waka...waka...waka...waka...waka...wakawakawakawakawakawakawakawakawakawakawaka..."and then someone dies.
