If you don't like them make your own company and buy your own legislators.

I toyed with other subjects, like "the devil", but evil seemed more appropriate. Since a company is viewed as it's own entity for tax purposes, we can safely (IMO) assign "good" and "evil" to it as we see fit.

Government gets in uproar about Microsoft being a "monopoly" and costs the tax payers millions of dollars in in a useless lawsuit. Government gets lobbied and payed billions by Monsanto and does nothing with their monopoly. Seems like business as usual.

Well, you try to grow your own non-hybrid seeds and end up cross pollenated and then none of your seeds work when you go to collect the second generation for your next years crops. It would be kind of like if you ended up at any website owned by google using firefox a bomb was laid in your browser such that when you went to upgrade it failed and came up with a message "you should have been using chrome." Now you have to uninstall and redownload from scratch if you want to use firefox.

Ending the subsidies to big businesses would solve much of this.

Proper enforcement of anti-trust legislation would solve the rest of it.

The problem though is it is a property of the seeds themselves to ruin any normal seeds that they come in contact with...

IE if your neighbor is using monsanto seeds for their farm, you cease to have a choice because their pollen will ruin your crops if you use anything else.
