Convenience items?
Broadband, going back to dial-up would kill me.
Debit card/electronic bill pay, going back to cash or checks would suck.
Remote access/management improvements (logmein, improved terminal server, centrally managed networks, etc), I couldn't do what I do without these tools.
Most stuff I could give or take outside of that, as long as we are talking conveniences. I don't need a billion tv channels or AC or even a car really. I could do with a land line though at this point my cell is my only phone so it isn't exactly a convenience item. Not attached to a lot of gadgets or tech stuff outside of work and hobbies (big overlap there) so as long as I had what I needed to work I would be good.

Really the PC and with it the internet are the only ones that create withdrawl when removed. Beyond that the closest would probably be the ATM -- but before ATMs even flea market vendors took checks for big things even if they didnt like to.
