It it was a lot closer then I can believe the richochet story but the 1,000 yard part is false which leads me to my conclusion.
This is how long it takes for the bullet to hit a 1,000 yard target, compare that with the OP video.

Not sure about guns/bullets (from england here..) but I think they move faster than the speed of sound(?) so in that video the sound of the hit is actually a good time after it actually hits the target?
So could this also mean the bullet in the original video would travel back faster than the sound even at 1000yards?
EDIT} After rewatching the first video I hear that the sound of the initial hit of the target comes a lot sooner. So hyper is right it's way shorter than 1000yrd.
