All heavily blue states. All heavily left leaning fascists. This why why I have to constantly correct people who incorrectly lie or parrot that fascism is a product of the right. It is no such thing, all totalitarian influences come from the left. For example; "the religious right". Laughably wrong. They are totalitarians in their own right.

Looking at the map provided, I'm thinking the definition of "rights" is very subjective and based on the opinions of the people making that rating.

At least they weren't dumb enough as to rank Kentucky highly...
