I love my days off! Just started working a 3 day work week as well thanks to a guy on the Midnight shift hehe. I now work 2pm - 6am Thurs, Fri, and Sat  (that includes an overtime shift)

Going on 2 years now... I make $18/hr standard then all the overtime I care to work. I just work 1 extra shift per week atm, but there are some guys who pull 4-5 extra shifts a week. Most of those guys have been there 15-20 years though and are trying to beef up their quartly avg for retirement pay. Last year (as a trainee) I made 46k, This year I'm on pace to make 50k. Most of the guys in the 15-20 year range are making about 65k prior to OT and are pulling down 100k+ w/ OT.
