Possibly if he had Joe Montana throwing to him for most of his career instead of Daunte Culpeper.

Rice had an extremely good QB throwing to him his entire career... Moss did not have this advantage. I think if Moss had an all-star QB his entire career and not such a huge tool he would probably have been better than Rice.

I agree with this. I remember watching Moss catch passes in his rookie year. He was an absolute beast. He made marginal QBs look good. There's still yet another who could have been better than both but he was such a crybaby. And he even played with Rice.
