I would do it more, but I get paid out for my sick time. If not I would use it.

Mental health days. It's what sick pay is for. Though my immune system is so lousy I always end up spending my sick pay on...being sick

I get something like 10 sick days per year. At the end of every year (based on hire date), the sick day balance is cut in half and banked. I may take a personal day when I'm not drop down sick, but I tend to bank more than I take.
