Sadly, relocation is usually just a slow death sentence for most animals. You're possibly putting them in someone else's territory, where they're completely unfamiliar with the food and water sources.
Also, with bears (and gators, for that matter), once they've gotten acclimated to people, relocating them just makes them a danger to someone else...
