One of the best care packages I got was while on an aircraft carrier and it was a box from a friend who had never been in the military, and didn't know the "rules," lol! She sent about 2 dozen of those little bottles of booze with some junk food. I opened the box and the booze bottles were on the bottom - I was thinking we were going to get busted, but our most senior person looked around and said there was no way anyone was ever going to find out about these bottles. Man, we were a happy little tech shop for the next couple of days... 
or it could be an inmate care package.
