Hmm, I could try this. How is the sweet potato being cooked exactly? And One Minute oats are already broken down into smaller bits, has this recipe been tried with those?

BTW, tomato paste or ketchup of a table spoon or two might be good in this.

modify as you wish...we don't use processed oats. also, you can either bake or microwave the sweet potato.

Minute oats aren't processed like you might think they are. They are simply mechanically broken into smaller bits like your recipe calls for. This Quinoa, I've never worked with it or bought it even. What do I look for at the store? IE is it in meal form (course), powder, what?

It looks like a grain but it's actually a fruit. It's pretty popular over here, I'm sure it was big back in your hey-day (hippie-era)

Anyway, I'll see if I can find that stuff and learn how to work with it. I like your recipe and am intrigued by the ingredients.
