Don't use that function if you don't want to wait a week or more to get into your account.

I tried it once, ended up calling after 4 days to have them do it over the phone.

Ive never had any trouble getting through on the phone in less than a few minutes, and last time I called was right after SC2 came out, so I'm sure traffic was heavy. Try calling tomorrow, since today is Sunday after all. Holiday weekend(-ish), I'm sure its a skeleton crew today.

EDIT
In the meantime, there is a Walking Dead marathon on AMC all today in prep for the season finale tonight.
