-Super busy at work, but before I knew it it was home time
-had a showing and apparently it went very, very, well. Their realtor said any other offers that come in in the next two days, they'll counter
-just remembered I have more chicken parm in my freezer from when my mom came to visit last month. I eat well tonight!

Woohoo. Got to enjoy the ones that don't suck!

O-o

You still have food from last month??

Personal rule of mine... Toss ANY leftovers after 72 hours of cooking - both fridge and freezer.

Freezer food. Always play that lotto. Sometimes it's been in there for a few months and is epic...sometimes it's been in there for a decade plus and you end up with the gut rot

1 month ain't nothing.

I agree with fridge stuff, (Although I am more like 48 hours) but not freezer stuff!

Do you not know how to wrap things in plastic and then put things in freezer bags?

Bought a whole slaughtered cow once. My deep freezer was jam packed. That meat lasted me for a couple years.

U guys need to remember the mean temperature around here. The freezer only really runs a couple months of the year...

Well, it's my mother. She has this weird thing where anything she cooks, and has leftovers MUST go in the freezer to preserve the taste. After 72 hours, I take out the container, run water around the container to loosen the food, dump it in the trash, put the container in the dishwasher, all simple and easy for me, lol...

Vacuum pack + freezer = forever good

I buy stuff in bulk to save money and just break it up, vacuum pack it and freeze it. Just as good when it comes out of the freezer as when it went in as long as you have a decent freezer.
