Anybody have a list of ISPs that are implementing this? My google-fu failed me...

I saw the best minds of my generation destroyed by madness,
starving hysterical naked, dragging themselves through the streets,
angelheaded hipsters burning for the ancient heavenly connection
to the starry dynamo in the machinery of night.

Only those who dare to fail greatly, can ever achieve greatly
In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity
The only thing in life achieved without effort is failure
Time Circuits... On. Flux Capacitor.... fluxxing.

like I said before, they just need to change the name of the files so it's not easily caught, like using pig latin or some other tactic.
If ISPs are on the hook for the copyright infringements their users might do...
You can expect:
-site filtering
-port blocking
-proxy blocking
-packet inspection (and this is a big one that lots of companies already do in order to filter and shape certain kinds of traffic [and people rage about this]), this will be the norm, a basic requirement for all ISPs
changing the name of the file....lolz. Yeah that'll work.
How do you think they catch people now? The same way they've been catching them all along. file names and properties.

I was already done with movies. Once my PS3 started cutting off movies, I stopped watching.
Im to the point where I dont download any music anymore. Paid or otherwise...
Between Pandora, XM, and Youtube, I wont spend a cent on music.
