Pretty much the only good thing about TMNT were the toys and video games. The show was meh...and the movies always sucked.
So to me, this doesn't tarnish the legacy of TMNT at all. I wish I had still kept some of those old action figures though. I had a Raphael that could shoot pizzas and a Splinter complete with wooden fighting stick.
