That's a Goliath Bird Eater Tarantula. Not particularly poisonous to people, but it'll hurt like heck if they bite. Think bee sting, but multiplied greatly. I've seen the original vid, and he doesn't get bit, but it's pure dumb luck that he doesn't. He was angering that spider left and right...
