Bruce Lee pioneered modern MMA and guys like St. Pierre are perfecting on the legacy Lee left.

The only reason why I think Bruce might win is because St. Pierre practices a neutered version of martial art, while Bruce Lee trained in true martial art: the most efficient way to kill and not for sport.
I don't think Bruce had as fleshed out as a ground game though and obviously St. Pierre is stronger than him. Bruce pioneered a lot of the nutrition and training regimens these modern MMA fighters all use so it's not really fair. St. pierre has the benefit of decades of perfection on Bruce's philosophy.
