ya, it doesn't translate at all.
PLUS, RG3 didn't face much in the form of Defense.
then again, neither did Luck, well, except for his 2 losses of course.

I think, if he can stay healthy, RG3 will be an exception to the Heisman failures.

I think it's debated since RG3 has better overall stats, but generally it's because Luck ran pro-style offense which is more common in the NFL and RG3 ran shotgun and now will be expected to adapt to pro-style.

Mechanics, intangibles, style of offense, decision making, physical measurables.... There are a lot of things to consider when a kid transitions to the pros.
