Dry? Like white wine? I thought the point was to drink a rich red wine?
If you don't like common reds like Cabernet, Merlot, Malbec, and so forth, try a Concord. Not a high brow grape, but it's like alcoholic grape juice and it's at least a step of from blushes and Zinfandels...
