the last one I did was telling people at work I was pregnant with a co-workers child.
had a few of them going for a while until they realized they already know I can't have more children.

A couple years ago I gave the guys in one of the phone rooms an old keyboard and they flipped around some keys on their gm. The guy sat at a keyboard all day, every day, and still watched the keyboard while pecking away at it. We kept the security footage for a couple days after of him freaking out at his keyboard so everyone could enjoy it.

one of the best ones was a guys desk got covered in tin foil then had a sign on his chair "foiled again".
nobody ever fessed up, but they got the same person every year with something different and funny.
