I picked up Birds of Steel yesterday made by Gajin and its only $40.
I was expecting a acrade flight sim seeing that it was on console, while it does have a arcade mode, it is also a full blown flight sim.
It has a full control setup(if you so desire to use it), that lets you use xbox compatible joysticks, hotas setups, or controller and usb keyboard if you have one. Or any combination.
You can control everything from prop pitch to fuel mix settings to trim and tab settings.
Oh and the cockpits have working gauges too, lots of little attention to details.
Landing a WWII naval fighter on a WWII carrier is hard even in arcade mode.
I prefer realistic mode, it allows tail spins, flat spins, pilot black outs etc....
I am not ready for simulation mode yet, while I can fly, I cant fly into combat that well with out putting my plane into a flat spin or something.
Plus it has a Gran Turismo type system for unlocking new planes and upgrading them. It has a 100+ unlockable aircraft.

I have seen a lot of things in my life time.
That is why I walk the line I walk.
