Inc lawsuit for that company lol. The makers of Navy field and World of Tanks have already registered World of Planes trademark in Russia and are close to their own closed beta of the game.

One big problem with a game like this is that flying is so difficult and I don't think enough people have the patience for it

There is a really fine line between realistic and fun that flight sims have to walk, and very few have ever done it.
