It's an app that has a bunch of preset filters for your pictures, as well as allowing you to add a kind of bokeh focus on a subject.

Except nearly all of this functionality exists in the native Ice Cream Sandwich photo editor....Why the hell would I want to use a third party app for equal functionality?

All Android phones allow you to directly upload to Facebook from within the photo app itself.
I see no reason to have another social network just for uploading pictures. Twitter and Facebook do each of those just fine.
I just don't see any reason why this app has such a following, and I see zero reason for it to be popular on Android lol.
