Isn't that the point of the picture? 1 Missed Call, so the call didn't go through, so it didn't blow up. That's what I thought at least.

I thought the point was that it did blow, the screen is cracked and there is a missed call. it seems reasonable to me that an IED would be set to detonate on an incoming call.. not necessarily answer it.
