So I'm moving into a new Townhouse at the end of the month....

Should I bother complaining to the rental company about the tenant here about 3 rows of townhouses down who blares his car stereo at all hours of the day and night? I'm all for people listening to their music and stuff but if its waking me up at 3 am in the morning and I'm on the other side of the complex as him I can't imagine how his neighbors handle it. I'm moving across town into a bigger, nicer, and yet ironically cheaper townhouse at the end of the month.

Here is a rough sketch of my complex... houses in the middle are 2 Bedroom townhouses... about 5 per block... the ones on the sides are 1 bedroom townhouses about 7 per block.

My new townhouse is a 3 Bedroom end unit w/ garage. I have a small front yard, medium sized back yard and a rather large side yard.
My current one is 2 BR end unit, no garage... small backyard, small side yard.

Thank god you got a end unit, you only have to deal with one neighbor.
I lived in the middle unit in base housing at my first base and it sucked, especially if you had noisy neighbors.

I wouldn't be moving if I wasn't going to another end unit. Its bad enough sharing a wall with one neighbor... I couldn't imagine having 2.
