That's what she gets for getting the police involved. It's a very 'American' mindset to think of the police as your friends that always want to help you.

You think Sicilians or Russians think that way? Or Blacks?

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that waitress was a white woman.

Nah mine would say

NO GAY profanity

Under fun only.

And the cops are BS in this story. Even if it smells of weed, all it was was cash.

I'm going to put this cash in the fridge because it smells like bananas and I don't want the cash to expire and not be able to use it any more. (Equivalent to let's hold the money because the drug dog barked at it! And somehow is able to TALK and tell them it has a distinct odor of marijuana specifically!

What if this really is money donated anonymously by someone from the church? What would it matter if the box was used to hold the persons peronal weed stash before they took the weed out and filled it with cash? How does a drug dog barking at cash automatically mean that the cash should be involved in a narcotics investigation??? Not even an ON-GOING investigation, but just a investigation created based on the money. Such circular logic.

The money is drug-money.
How do you know this?
The money smelled of drugs.
How does this make it drug-money?
It's MONEY, that has had some sort of contact with DRUGS, clearly drug-money.

Let's just ignore the 6 degrees of seperation. Forget all about the fact that all of our money includes drug-money that is circulated in. They could confiscate $20 tips based upon this concept. OMG $20 BILL, THEY CALL THAT A TWENTY SACK IN THE DRUG-WORLD, THEREFOR THAT $20 IS DRUG-MONEY. YOU TWENTY SACK TIPPIN DRUG DEALERS *SHAKES FIST*

Seriously though, to the people talking about how she turned the cash in for a reason, that she knew something was off about it - she DIDN'T KNOW. That was the point. She called the police to make sure it wasn't 14k that they could trace back to a robbery of a neighbor of hers or something of that nature.

Instead they just steal it based on ASSUMPTION and force her to be punished based on the POSSIBILITY that the people who gave her the money should be punished for the way in which they received it. Guilt by anonymous association.

All of your guys' accounts should be frozen for co-horting with me on this message board. For all the police know, you guys have been directing me in code, and that's how I've made my million dollar drug trade work. Not only that I find a way to secretly fence the cash back to all of you.

SEIZE THEIR ASSETS, E-POLICE!!!
