What to make for Easter Dessert?

Give me suggestions! I'm a fairly accomplished baker, as long as I have a recipe to follow, I can make just about anything, but I have a hard time coming up with ideas, so give me suggestions!
For dinner, we're having hassenpfeffer with homemade spitzel and veggies, plus popovers. There will only be 5 of us, so we don't need anything huge.

Make something with blueberries in it, I love blueberries. Spring time, fresh things growing, all that crap. Make something fruity.

I'm actually leaning toward strawberry shortcake, made with biscuits. Fresh berries with a bit a sugar makes a nice syrup, then top it with Cool Whip! Yum!

Sounds good, make sure you find tasty strawberries though. The ones you can get around here in supermarkets are tasteless.

Most of the berries down here are actually grown locally, and pretty tasty. The trick is to not get the ones that are huge. The bigger they are, it seems the less flavor they have.
