I can afford to buy the drinks without the winnings, but don't. Why would winning a few hundred change that?
If I was winning big, say, over 10k, I might buy the birthday girl an extra something.

Limo for all to the nudie bar and drinks upon arrival...the rest is up to each individual. It's an insult to not let you find your own dollar to stuff in a g-string. I have faith in my friends, they will win no matter what and don't need my help to perform ordinary and everyday tasks.

I had a friend win 200 and spent it (and a bit more) buying us all steak/egg breakfast. Out of the 8 of us, he was the only winner and decided to share the wealth on a whim.
That was 12 years ago... I've lost touch with him, but I still remember that breakfast vividly.
