I used to all the time. Things like give them too many items so they couldn't defend them selves, log off, drag stuff to them. But I never did it to anyone that didn't deserve it.

I didn't play AC.. but in DAOC.. I grabbed a Greater Telemon with my sorc and released it in Cotts villiage... I was letting it kill guards and then re-charming it to heal..
well I failed to charm it one time and it started to beat on me so some lowbies tried to help and it turned on them and one shot a few of them before it chased me into the capital where I zoned.

it was funny as hell because the local chat was full of "WHAT THE HELL IS THAT KILLING ALL THE GUARDS??!!!"

At the LS in Ayan...used to piss off a huge mob of stuff then recall and watch the fun. 
Oh! And out on the OB plains, I'd target a virindi that I knew did wall spells and have them fire at me, with other monsters in between, then watch the chaos as golems, virindi and tuskers fought for my entertainment.
